Coaching Services
Team & individual coaching for football, basketball and volleyball.
We will work on foundational skills, footwork, speed and agility to name a few.
Game film and playbook available for individual & team packages.
NASM and PCA certified.




Coach Jordan played QB in high school, some college, and semi-pro. He can coach all positions and also provide:

Full team for the season
The goal is to head a youth organization. Parents/others can coach the defense & special teams. I can run the full team if preferred.
Coach Jordan was a late bloomer in basketball so feels that this makes him a better coach as it took him time to develop his game. He can coach all positions and provide the following:

The goal is to head a youth organization. Personal, group training and team coaching is available.
Coach Jordan learned to play beach volleyball as an adult. He is not as familiar with the strategy of volleyball like he is with football & basketball, but he is a great skills coach.

He has helped several kids who have never played volleyball make their school teams.
Game film breakdown can be provided for a team or a single player. Plays will be reviewed, broken down, and feedback provided on what was done correctly and incorrectly. Services provided:

Training Services
Personal training for strength, agility and weight loss.
Training for all levels: beginner (just starting), modified (for tolerance & injuries) to elite (athletic).
NASM and PCA certified.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Get bigger, faster, & stronger! Program includes lifting weights, calisthenics, and cardio with a sport specific emphasis on athleticism.
Regardless of the sport that you play, this training will enhance your ability to perform for the game.

SPEED, AGILITY & QUICKNESS
Think ladders, cones, plyometrics, beach workouts, and sport specific drills. You will get faster, quicker, more balanced and become more athletic in every way.
A variety or change in environment includes training on the grass, hard court, in the sand, in the ocean and other areas.

WEIGHT LOSS & FITNESS
For the adults - if your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, live longer, or any other fitness goal, I can help you attain it.
Pictured above is an example client that went through my weight loss program. She lost 160lbs and completed skin removal from her stomach and inner thighs.

Aloha - I'm Coach Jordan Conley
Coach Jordan Conley is the program director and lead coach.
He is a NASM certified personal trainer & coach and has worked with kids for over 15 years in various sports.
He previously was the co-founder and program director of a local non-profit Hapa Mana that had to unfortunately shut down due to covid.
